We are a unique and fun live kitchen food stand that sells delicious authentic Japanese food and munchies at Europe’s biggest street market, Albert Cuyp. Found in 2018, we believe music and food is a universal language. Customers love our energy, craftsmanship, perseverance, personalized service, and good work ethics from our Yatai (屋台), meaning mobile food stall in Japanese. The live kitchen at the market is our Dojo, we want to bring the taste of home into our soul food.

Our mission is to deliver our edible art for people to experience for their first time at different markets simultaneously. Trying to be an ambassador of Japanese culture, we wish to be a social hub to connect all alike.

 

Later we vision that our fast food can be mass produced and we will become a music festival residence as well as having different franchises in the world.
